Starting with their well-balanced 73% blend, Dick Taylor brings tangy yet deep cocoa notes to the forefront in this unique inclusion bar. Here they've blended browned Humboldt Creamery butter into the chocolate, building a smooth and nutty base note for the entire bar, and then hand-sprinkling each one with roasted cacao nibs and sea salt. This is an indulgent dark bar with a tangy, caramel finish.

Curator's Notes: Dick Taylor sources the finest fairly-traded cacao and performs all the steps in-house to turn the raw ingredients into delicious chocolate, all in their small factory in Eureka, California. This entire process takes approximately three weeks to complete.
