Starting with their fruity 72% Malagasy (from Madagascar) origin chocolate, Dick Taylor adds in chewy bits of dark, rich California black mission figs. The combination makes for an unforgettably bright chocolate, rife with notes of dried fruit and deep cocoa, and textured with locally-sourced figs.

Curator's Notes: Dick Taylor sources the finest fairly-traded cacao and performs all the steps in-house to turn the raw ingredients into delicious chocolate, all in their small factory in Eureka, California. This entire process takes approximately three weeks to complete.
