Signature Sourdough Baguette is unlike any baguette you've had before! Made with 60% Whole Grain Red Spring Wheat Flour, 30% Whole Grain Spelt and 10% Rye Flour. We add salt, sourdough starter and lots of love!
Sourdough Boule is a Flourist classic made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.
Sourdough Pan Loaf is made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour from Laura, Saskatchewan. High in protein, Canadian Red Spring wheat is the go-to grain for bread baking and has garnered a reputation internationally for its superior milling and baking qualities.
Seeded Sourdough Pan Loaf is a spelt loaf loaded with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds using organically grown Spelt Spring wheat from Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. Long prized for its very high protein content, Spelt lends a nutty aroma and flavour and soft, airy feel to breads and other baked goods.
