Invite landscape scenery into your home! Join us for a two-hour workshop introducing beginner watercolour techniques that you can nurture and grow. We will be creating beautiful watercolour paintings with a focus on natural elements such as mountains, forests, cliffs, trees, rivers and valleys.

Each workshop includes: personalized instruction in a small group setting, delicious refreshments, all art supplies including paint brushes, paint, palette and cold-pressed watercolour paper all for you to take home and continue your creative journey.

Age 18+. Limited spaces available. Full vaccination is required to attend. Cadine will scan for Proof of Vaccination. Mask must be worn.

About the Instructor

Emi Wingfield is a Canadian artist focused on bringing beauty and lightness to the everyday. Born in Calgary, Alberta, her parents supported her emotional expression through the fine arts from a young age. Her passion for visual art led her to graduate from Emily Carr University of Art + Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Illustration. 

Following university, memories of travelling Western Canada to visit family throughout her life became a dominating theme in her work and took shape in acrylic and watercolour paintings. Emi is excited to introduce the art realm to those interested in an opportunity for creative expression by offering her watercolour workshops at Cadine.
