All orders are processed in your choice of Canadian dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD). The currency converter provided will give you the option of how you would llike to checkout with your chosen payment method. Forms of payment accepted include Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Cadine gift card.
Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes. All orders shipped internationally are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to Canada.
Store Pick-Up + Delivery
We pride ourselves in fullfilling orders in a sanitized space to ensure safe delivery of goods to our customers and we strive to process all orders within 24 hours.
There is a complimentary Store Pick-up option at checkout. Pick-ups are usually ready 24 hours after purchase, however we will send you an email when your order is ready to pick up. White glove curbside delivery into your car is also available. Please respond with pick-up time once you've received your email confirmation.

We currently only ship within Canada and the USA via Canada Post. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Cadine is not responsible for the loss of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse responsibility for any issues that may occur as a result of extended hold times at a facility, unsecure delivery locations, multiple redelivery attempts, or packages that may be sitting at their destination for extended periods of time, at the request of the customer, or due to delays on the customer's end.
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org promptly upon receipt to receive approval for qualifying items. Cadine will issue an approval, and items must be sent back with an official postmark with tracking within 7 days of delivery. Returns may also be brought to the physical store within 7 days of delivery to process.
To be eligible for refund, items must be received by stated deadlines unused, unaltered, undamaged and in the same condition and packaging they were received, with tags in place. The original receipt must be provided. Sale items, special orders, botanicals, pantry and consumable merchandise, cosmetics, skin/hair care, fragrance, personal items such as eyewear and jewellery, intimate items such as swim, hosiery and undergarments, and time-sensitive merchandise such as magazines, gift cards and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.
Any bonus or gift with purchase must accompany the return.
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
