Chef Helman has infused Okanagan Winecrush Cabernet Sauvignon powder into fair trade, single origin chocolate from Colombia, that results in a smooth, dark cacao flavour with earthy undertones and light acidity. This pleasing combination leaves your senses full with flavours of burnt honey and overripe grape.
