We introduce to you Anh and Chi's Chilli Oil. Made from aromatic whole red chilli, fresh garlic and Vietnamese lemongrass, this versatile oil adds heat and depth to any dish.

Enjoy it as a topping for noodle soups (like bún bò Huế), rice dishes, and eggs, or mix into stir-fries, marinades, salad dressings, and dipping sauces.

Ingredients: Chilli flakes, lemongrass, onion, garlic, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper, and vegetable oil. Refrigerated upon opening, can keep up to 6 month.
