We introduce to you Anh and Chi's Fish Sauce. A family secret turned culinary treasure, this umami-rich, tangy sauce with a touch of spice is the backbone of many Nguyễn family recipes. It pairs perfectly with everything from fresh rolls to hearty marinades. Celiac Friendly. 

Use it as a topping for noodle soups (like bún bò Huế), rice dishes, and eggs, or mix into stir-fries, marinades, salad dressings, and dipping sauces. Made in Vancouver.

Ingredients: Sugars, (sugar, anchovy extract), distilled vinegar, purified water, garlic,  chilli, salt, acetic acid, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives, xantham gum, monosodium glutamate. Refrigerated upon opening, can keep up to 1 year.
